Sleeping Better And Feeling More Energy

I began sessions at Nan’s Acupuncture Clinic last summer (2010). Originally, I came because of a chronic cough. This was because of potential Sarcoidosis in my lungs, plus acid reflux. This had been an ongoing thing for 3 years. In addition, I have a pacemaker and I have high blood pressure as well as high cholesterol and all of these things have ultimately affected my sleep. A friend of mine had suggested that I try Acupuncture and it was about two months (3 times a week) when I started to see results. My cholesterol had dropped from 200 to 160, my pacemaker is now only calling for starting my heart beat 34% of the time as opposed to 95% of the time. I am sleeping better and I am feeling more energy. My chronic cough has diminished tremendously and from the last scan of my lungs, the sarcoid-like appearance is arrested.

My first visit with Dr. Nan was in September of 2010. I have Breast Cancer (Aggressive) so I have been to oncologists, had a mastectomy, and have been through intense chemotherapy treatments. In just 4 visits, my energy level improved greatly, as did my sleep habits. Overall, feeling of well being is vastly improved and even my allergies are gone! Dr. Nan made it possible for me to tolerate my chemotherapy sessions and because of him, my hope for the future is bright!

Resolution Is Possible

I first started treatment at Nan’s Acupuncture Clinic in November of 2010 for Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. However, I have been dealing with the symptoms of this since I was 3 years old, and I am now 56. I had been to several other doctors to treat the symptoms of PTSD. I had been to chiropractors, psychotherapists, and neuro feed back specialists. I was referred by my sister, to give Acupuncture a try. I am sure glad I did! I started to notice results within the first 3 treatments! After years of using various therapies to treat the root of PTSD, I finally believe that resolution is possible as my brain and central nervous system are treated by Nan’s Acupuncture Clinic.

Child Anxiety & Depression

My daughter had severe anxiety problems accompanied with depression starting at age 4…She saw Dr. Nan & is a different child; she is always happy. Its amazing and we couldn’t be happier! Her depression is gone and her anxiety is as well. At age 4, any parent would never expect her child to have thsese issues and to suffer. Thanks to Dr. Nan, I no longer have these worries if she is going to be happy. Thank you Dr. Nan!!!

Dr. Nan Saved Me

I had been diagnosed with Hep C in 2001 and have Fibromyalga, Arthritis, TMJ, Carpel Tunnel, Rashes, Bone Spurs, among other ailments. I had been suffering night and day with an itchy unrelentless skin rash for 2 years and found no relief at all. Dr. Nan relieved the itch by my 2nd visit. I fell as though he has saved me.

I had been to Doctors, Dentists, Chiropractors and Therapists, which sometimes exaggerated the pain or put it at bay for awhile with medicines.

I was so depressed I couldnt stand being in my own skin. I was on pain medication and other medicines for sleep and itching. Dr. Nan saved me. He gave me hope agian. I can sleep and he has gotten me to where I no longer use any pain medication. I will never have enough words to say about him. He is kind and generous.

My Back Pain Resolved After 2 Acupuncture Treatments

My back pain resolved after 2 acupuncture treatments after struggling for 6 months with other medical treatments. My energy level has also greatly improved, and when I wake up, I get up quicker and feeling refreshed (I used to hit the snooze button for hours). Between these two positive attributes, I am now back to running 4 times a week, which is helping my mood and my self-esteem.

Less Pain After Only 3 Treatments

Acupuncture Reduced The Chemo Side-Effects By Half

The chemo treatment took a lot out of me, the 1st & 2nd treatments were very difficult. Since I started acupuncture the effects started to ease up a half. I still have the “voice”, but no longer feel awful. The tumor markers have gone down a lot and we did a cat scan & it had improved. The 3rd time chemo was much much better.

Child Anxiety & Depression

My daughter had severe anxiety problems accompanied with depression. It started when she was about 4 years old and progressively got worse over the years. It got so bad the I had to homeschool her last year because she couldn’t cope. I talked to a number of doctors and they all wanted to put her on medication, but I just couldn’t do it. Sarah saw Dr. Nan 3x per week for about two months and she is a different child. She is always happy. She loves school and is able to comprehend things more easily. There are no more fears or sadness.

Infertility

I was unable to get pregnant. Fertility doctors said I had zero to 10% chance of getting pregnant on my own and that I would need IVF. I tried for 2 years to get pregnant with western medicine. After going to several fertility doctors and having failed IVF treatment, I decided to do acupuncture. After 8 months of acupuncture I was pregnant naturally. I had a very healthy and happy 9.1 lb baby girl. My sister-in-law referred me to Dr. Nan after seeing him for infertility treatment at the age of 42. She now has triplets.
